This really is starting to look very nice 😉
I was a bit sceptic to be honest, but bravo!
Can’t wait to replay this with controls that have been modernised.
I Want Thta Tshirt!! Where i can find it??
I want it too!
Twinsen’s Quest – which version of Unity produced it?
“With Unity 2023.2, we are making a change to our supported platforms for the Windows Standalone Player and we will be removing support for Windows 7.”
Is this version earlier than cited by me from Unity website?
I see: demos, screenshots – it all shows Unity 2022.3.*f1 series, where * is varying number. I request that all NEW LBA games will be made in this 2022.3 version of Unity, since it will allow them to run on Windows Seven, so please, never do switch to Unity 2023 and newer.
Good to see some behind the scenes footage and thoughts.
I found it very interesting that possible plans of a LBA2 remake and beyond are already a thought…makes me happy.
I admit, remakes of old games make me a bit nervous…will it be good, will it live up to my expectations of something that I have such fond memories of? I played the demo, and so many of my doubts have been put to rest. I was worried about certain character changes, but so far, I am loving what you have all done. Thankyou for all your work on such a beloved franchise!
I’ve gone from a hard supporter of this project, to a skeptic, back to supporter. Changes to story had me worried, but the demo was really great and it shows the developers know and love LBA.
Only thing about the demo I found a bit off was the lack of narration in the intro. The original intro did a decent job of setting up the world, let us know about FunFrock and how he rules the world, and the outlawing of talking about Sendell and the legend.
Who said it was the intro of the game? 😉
When you will be remaking LBA2 please do not forget to include full Well Of Sendell there, which in DOS era was scrapped from LBA2, but left such leftovers as SENDELL.ILE and SENDELL.OBL files.
What was this asset with Sendell in LBA2?
I am a big fan of the game. I currently have a MacBook and an Xbox One, but I couldn’t wait and managed to play the demo version on a Windows computer in the cloud. Great job, thank you so much for that! I am very excited for the final version!
However, I was sad to learn that only those who purchase the physical version for PS5 and Nintendo Switch will receive items like the lenticular 3D and the Artbook, as I would love to display them on my shelf.
